Public Library Branch №15 is a cozy space where every reader can find a book to their liking, and both children and adults can discover their talents and learn something new.

History of the Library

Founded in 1960, the library has become an important cultural center of the Turksib District. In 2019, modernization was carried out, giving the institution a renewed interior and new opportunities for visitors.

Book Collection

The library’s collection consists of 16,796 books, including fiction, educational publications, encyclopedias, and self-development books. Visitors can not only borrow books for home reading but also participate in engaging clubs and events.
