Library Services for Visually Impaired Citizens

We are pleased to announce that several library branches offer special library services for citizens with visual impairments. These services are designed for people who have limited vision or have completely lost it.

Readers can take advantage of the following opportunities:

  • Work on specially equipped library computers;
  • Scan, recognize and read books and other documents with flat text;
  • Search and process information on the Internet, as well as read the library’s electronic books;
  • Read literature written in Braille.
  • Use of Braille printer (device for printing text in Braille)
