Mass Library Branch No. 10

Mass Library Branch No. 10 is a modern cultural and educational space in the Turksib District that brings together reading, communication, and intellectual leisure. The library creates a comfortable environment for children, youth, and adults by providing access to literature, cultural events, and modern library services.
History
The library was founded in 1955 and has remained an important center of culture and education in the district for many years.
In 2023, the building underwent major renovation, and the library reopened after modernization in the format of a contemporary cultural and social center.
The library’s 667 sq. m. space is equipped for comfortable reading, work, meetings, educational activities, and creative events.
Collection
The library collection includes 17,000 books, including fiction, works by Kazakhstani and international authors, specialized publications, books for children and youth, as well as popular science literature.
Library Branch No. 10 invites all residents and guests of the city to spend time in an atmosphere of knowledge, creativity, and cultural communication.
