Into the World of Fairy Tales Through Books and Screens: A Celebration for Children Held at an Almaty Library

On July 29, Branch Library No. 4 of the Centralized Library System of Almaty hosted a joyful celebration for its youngest readers. Under the slogan “We Read a Book — We Watch a Cartoon,” the event was dedicated to modern animated films.

The guests of the library were children from Kindergarten No. 10. The little ones enjoyed an introduction to the world of books, screenings of heartwarming cartoons, fun games, and creative drawing activities. At the end of the event, each child received a gift — books and drawing albums.

Events like these help foster a love for reading from an early age, develop imagination, and create warm memories of a child’s first experiences with the library.
