Literary rendezvous in honor of Muzafar Alimbayev: 100 years of inspiration and creativity

A literary rendezvous “Muzafar Alimbayev and children’s literature” was held in the library of Kazakhstani writers, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the writer, poet, representative of children’s literature M. Alimbayev. To get acquainted with the library, the pupils of the social club “Shynga Orleu” were given an excursion and an exhibition of drawings was organized. During the presentation, the biography of the writer was presented, a review of the book exhibition was conducted. The participants demonstrated their talents by reading poems from the work of M. Alimbayev. The guest of the evening, laureate of the International Literary Award “Alash”, poet, representative of children’s literature Magira Kozhakhmetova told about the writer’s life and presented the children’s magazine “Balbulak”. During the event, an exciting quiz was held, in which proverbs, sayings and riddles were hidden designed to consolidate the knowledge of the participants.
At the end of the evening, the children performed the songs “What to learn at school”, “Ustaz-ana”, which made an indelible impression on the audience and library staff. The head of the library Agaysa Elena Zhamelovna made a closing speech and expressed special gratitude to the distinguished guest and participants.
