Amir Shyngyskhan. “Zaman: The Adventures of a Centaur”

This fantasy tale depicts an era before Earth was divided into six continents, when Eurasia and North America were joined as one landmass known as Laurasia. It is a world inhabited by centaurs, arachnoids (spider-people), scorpionoids (scorpion-people), and ants (ant-people).

The story begins with a brutal war between Centauria and Arachnia. The protagonist is a centaur named Zaman, who grew up feeling insecure and alienated from his friends and family. Despite his inner struggles, his entire being recoils against hatred and conflict. Ultimately, it is Zaman who manages to stop the animosity between the warring nations and bring peace to the land.
