A festive evening, “Balalar Ádebıetíníń Báiteregi”, was held at the I.A. Krylov City Children’s Library in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Berdibek Sokpakbaev, an outstanding figure of Kazakh literature and a classic of children’s literature.
On October 16 at 1:00 PM, the city children’s library named after I.A. Krylov hosted the celebration “Balalar ädebiyetinің bәyteregi” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Berdibek Sokpakbaev, an outstanding figure of Kazakh literature and culture, a classic of children’s literature.
The purpose of the evening was to honor the rich legacy of the distinguished Kazakh writer B. Sokpakbaev, to convey national values to the younger generation, and to increase interest in children’s literature through the writer’s works.
