The librarians of the Centralized Library System of Almaty organized a meeting with Rinat Rifkhatovich Zaitov, a Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This event aimed to develop the library sector in the country, discuss current issues in cultural and educational activities, and strengthen the role of librarians in society.

During the meeting, Deputy Rinat Zaitov addressed current problems in the cultural sector and ways to resolve them, as well as answered questions from the librarians.

The main goal of this meeting was to establish direct dialogue between librarians and representatives of the legislative body, as well as to strengthen mutual understanding and support in improving the library system.
